Cocoa and Coffee are two of the most exported products from Cameroon. In 2017-2018 years it was estimated by the national Cocoa and Coffee Board(ONCC) that 170,981,084 tons of Cocoa were exported from Cameroon. The top three cocoa exporters in Cameroon are Telcar, U.S firm Cargill and Olam. These three alone make up around 56% of the total Cocoa exports in Cameroon. on the other hand, Cameroon exported 35,215 tons of coffee during the 2018-2019 season, up 39.1% season-over-season. Cocoa exports mostly go to China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Germany

I-Composition Of The Administrative File
This is the company’s complete tax file, which includes in particular:
-RCCM,
-Taxpayer card,
-Patent title, etc.
2-Obtaining The Certificate Of Conformity Of The Equipment
This document is issued by the national cocoa and coffee office (ONCC) based on a file submitted to the General Management depending on the following cases:
A-the applicant has all the required equipment
For this first case it is necessary:
– A request for a certificate of conformity of the equipment
– A location plan
– A copy of the administrative file.
The applicant does not have all the required equipment.
For this second case, you must:
A request for a certificate of conformity of the equipment
A location plan
A copy of the administrative file
A machining contract with an exporter or stevedore store justifying the presence of the
equipment.
3-Obtaining The Declaration Of Existence
This document is issued by the Ministry of commerce based on a file filed against receipt
and including the following documents:
-A stamped request.
-A certified true copy of the registration receipt in the trade and Property Credit.
-A certified true copy of the taxpayer card.
-A commitment to the honour to comply with laws and regulations in
force.
-A certificate of conformity of the equipment delivered by the ONCC.
4-Obtaining The Exporter Code
This document is issued by the ONCC based on a file submitted to the General Management and including the following documents:
-A request for an exporter code.
-A copy of the equipment conformity certificate.
-The original of the declaration of existence + a copy (CCC).
5-Deposit Of A Ten Million Deposit To The Interprofessional Council Of Cocoa And Coffee (CICC)
The deposit is done to obtain a professional card issued by the Inter-profession (CICC).
