Digital Renter, a prop-tech startup with HQ in Buea is currently looking for a young, active, talented and vibrant customer-oriented service representative to join and grow in the team.He/she will be responsible for customer service and relating with clients. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
The preferred candidate should live in Buea.

Responsibilities

 Communicate with Clients via telephone, emails online chat and social media
 Make appointments and meet with clients to discuss their needs and wants
 Go to properties with clients
 Provide assistance and support to clients in closing deals
 Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
 Perform other duties as assigned by hierarchy

Requirements
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Good presentation and negotiation skills
 Fluent in English (French is a plus)
 Good time-management skills
 Great interpersonal skills
 Patient and proactive
 Good multitasking skills
 Willingness to work independently
 Knowledge of the computer and social media platform
